Personal Training

Available to ASFC members, personal training is designed to meet the specific needs of each member through a supervised one-hour or half-hour workout with a certified personal trainer.  Our personal trainers can design and conduct one-to-one individualized programs to help you develop and/or maintain the safest, most productive plan to meet your specific fitness needs.  All clients will receive at their first session a fitness testing and evaluation.  The evaluation includes:

  • Body Fat analysis
  • Upper/lower body strength
  • Lean body mass
  • Abdominal strength
  • Cardiovascular endurance testing
  • Flexibility analysis
  • Blood pressure screening
