Personal Training Info.
Available to ASFC members and non-members, personal training is designed to meet the specific needs of each member through a supervised one-hour or half-hour workout with a certified personal trainer. Our personal trainers can design and conduct one-to-one individualized programs to help you develop and/or maintain the safest, most productive plan to meet your specific fitness needs. All clients will receive at their first session a fitness testing and evaluation. The evaluation includes:
- Body Fat analysis
- Upper/lower body strength
- Lean body mass
- Abdominal strength
- Cardiovascular endurance testing
- Flexibility analysis
- Blood pressure screening
