* A family membership is defined as parents, their children and / or any other dependents. A dependent is defined as anyone residing in the same household claimed on your federal income tax form, 11-23 years old, who resides in the same household. Persons 21-23 years old must provide proof of full-time student status at the time of registration to be included in a family membership.
