*NEW* Boot Camp

Instructor: Christa

Strengthen and tone while burning calories and get fit by taking this class. You will be encouraged to push yourself while doing a series of fun activities – military style.

*NEW* Butts n’ Guts

Instructor: Karen

A full – FUN – hour of working the abdominal, gluts, hips and thighs.  Strengthening and toning is the goal.  Each week you will get stronger and be able to push yourself more.  Stick with this class and you will see and feel the results!!!

*NEW* Piyo

Instructor: Rebecca

As a combo of pilates and yoga, this class is based around vinyasa and hatha yoga, as well as cardio pilates.  You definitely break a sweat.  A lot of strength work with arms as well as a great total body workout, but based around the core.  Last 15 minutes of class is all abdominal work.

*NEW* Turbo Kick

Instructor: Rebecca

A combo of cardio kickboxing, Taebo, and hip hop.  Each round is 8-10 weeks, starting basic (beginner) then every couple of weeks adding in new moves making the routine more advanced.  You can make it as athletic or “dancy” as you like.  There are many modifications throughout this workout.  45 minutes of cardio then 15 minutes of fitness, legs, abs, and cool down.  You will easily burn 800-1000 calories in this class.  The music is fast and class is a lot of fun.

Spin Class

These classes are led by certified instructors and are on a first come, first serve basis.  Please arrive a little early in order to obtain use of a spin bike as the maximum is 12

Cardio Strength Interval Express

Instructor: Crista

Join us for a total body workout.  This class will incorporate a cardiovascular workout with interval, resistance and strength training (using tubes, dumbbells and one’s own body weight) all packed into 45 minutes!  Abdominals will also be targeted. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.  You will burn fat, build endurance, define and strengthen your muscles.

Cardio Kickboxing

Instructor: Crista

Classic, easy to follow cardio kickboxing patterns are offered with strength work, either interspersed between some cardio patterns or at the end of a 40 minute cardio segment.  Ab work will follow. You will have fun and burn calories!

Circuit Express

Instructor: Crista

Join us for a total body workout.  This class will incorporate a cardiovascular workout with interval, resistance and strength training (using tubes, dumbbells and one’s own body weight) all packed into 45 minutes!  Abdominals will also be targeted. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.  You will burn fat, build endurance, and define and strengthen your muscles.

Get Toned

Instructor:  Renee & Crista

This strength training involves work with exercise balls and free weights. Participants will be admitted on a first come, first serve basis as 10 is the maximum, so don’t be late!

Total Conditioning

Instructor:  Karen

This class uses free weights and bars to work and TONE each muscle group.  We workout to high energy music for 4-5 minutes and work each muscle group to fatigue.  It is not meant to “bulk up” but rather define and tone.

Yoga

Instructor: Vi

For those enthusiasts who are looking for a more rigorous workout, this class is for you. Fitness buffs that prefer more Vinyasa, fast-paced techniques will enjoy this more in-depth workout.
